I was motivated to start up a casting agency after my son had won a modelling competition in 2009, from there he got work in things such as downton abbey and  extra work in films.  After his agency went bust, I looked around and personally managed to get him a job for disney's get the look! The shooting, set and experience was very enjoyable and I began to realise how great the showbiz industry is and want to give other people the same oppurtunities as my son had. I now get over 20 jobs a day but simply do not have the contacts to make these experiences possible for people.
